Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how orders placed through Seydo are refunded. The full price of every order — including our fees — is always shown before you confirm, and nothing is charged without your explicit confirmation.
1. Failed or undelivered orders
If a payment is captured but the order fails or is not delivered (for example a top-up the operator could not credit), we refund the full amount automatically to your original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.
2. Mobile top-ups (airtime and data)
Top-ups that have been successfully delivered to the phone number you provided are non-refundable — once credited by the operator, they cannot be reversed. This is standard across the telecom industry.
Please double-check the recipient's number before confirming. If you entered a wrong number and the top-up was delivered to it, we unfortunately cannot recover it. If the operator fails to credit the number, you receive a full refund or a free redelivery — your choice.
3. Travel bookings
Flights, hotels and related travel services are subject to the fare and cancellation rules of the underlying provider (airline, hotel, aggregator). Those rules are shown to you before you confirm the booking. Where the provider grants a refund, we pass it on to you in full as soon as we receive it.
4. Duplicate charges and billing errors
Any duplicate charge or billing error on our side is refunded in full, no questions asked.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@seydo.ai within 30 days of the order, including your order reference. We respond within 2 business days. If we approve a refund, it is issued to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve most issues much faster than the chargeback process. We fully cooperate with card networks and mobile-money providers on any dispute.
